It's fun, isn't it? I thought I was the only one who did that...lol! Well, it certainly is a beautiful pattern to "jump" into :) I have never seen or heard of cheese paper before. It does make sense though. I can hardly bear to throw away roses that have wilted...I normally pull them out, turn them upside-down to dry and add them to my collect...love them dried too!
